Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, processed, or customized, it may not be canceled or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of industrial safety products and customized or bulk orders, refunds are generally not accepted once production or shipment has commenced.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product received is significantly different from the confirmed specifications
- The product is damaged due to manufacturing defects
- The wrong product was shipped due to our error

In such cases, the buyer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
- Customized or OEM products
- Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling
- Orders delayed or affected by customs clearance, force majeure events, or third-party logistics providers

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will be determined based on the specific order agreement. Any applicable transaction fees, bank charges, or shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
